Updated: December 14, 2010
A judge approved bail Tuesday for a Hoover man accused of killing his wife on their Australian honeymoon.

Gabe Watson will be allowed to leave jail on a 100 thousand dollar bond, but he must wear an electronic monitoring device and stay at his home each night.

Watson has already served 18 months in an Australian prison after pleading  guilty to manslaughter in the 2003 drowning death of his wife Tina.

Watson was extradited to Alabama where he now faces capitol murder charges in the case.
