On day 4 of a capital murder trial of a man accused of killing an Auburn University student, the defense team attempted for the fifth time to change the venue.

Circuit judge Jacob Walker denied the team's request.

Earlier this week, Judge Walker denied a change of venue request made by defense attorney Jeremy Armstrong.
Armstrong cited a recent news article violated a gag order. He said the article ran in the local paper outlining a potential timeline of Lockhart's whereabouts before and during the alleged kidnapping and murder of Burk.

Meanwhile, jurors will be chosen.  Defense and prosecutors spent a 3rd day, Wednesday, questioning potential jurors for the trial of 26-year-old Courtney Lockhart.
Circuit Judge Jacob Walker told attorneys he hopes to have a jury selected Thursday afternoon and have opening statements Friday morning.
