An outdoor classroom in Coffee County is said to be the largest one in the state.

Elba High School has some 27 acres of hills, woods and water in which to observe National FFA Week. They're currently clearing the land and planting forage for deer and turkey--to create a wildlife habitat on the land adjoining the high school. Later they'll stock a fish pond with channel cat and develop an aquatics course, says chapter advisor Joe Waldorff.

National FFA Week iis set aside nationwide to call attention to the benefits of FFA.
