Gladys Moates, 95, of Enterprise, died on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2007, in Enterprise.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2007, in the chapel of Providence Funeral Home with the Rev. Susannah Pittman officiating. Burial will follow in the Enterprise City cemetery with Providence Funeral Home directing.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Wednesday.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Billy and Shirley Moates, Terre Haute, Ind.; two nephews, Dr. Darrell Bryan Manning, Washington, D.C., and Searcy Manning, Enterprise; and a sister-in-law, Pauline Manning, Enterprise.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 311525, Enterprise, AL 36331 or to the Enterprise City Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 310075, Enterprise, AL 36331.
