Mrs. Fronnie Jackson Jones, a resident of Pinckard, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2007, at her residence following an extended illness. She was 81.
Mrs. Jones will be cremated and her remains interned at her family plot in Lafayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville, N.C.
She was born Feb. 12, 1926, to Pearl Harman and Arthur C. Green, one of eight children. She was married to James C. Jackson of the Massey Hill area of Fayetteville, N.C.
Her husband, James C. Jackson, who died in 1987, precedes her in death.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Jackson and Olen E. Champion; granddaughter, Karen Arnold Scaglia; grandson, John Everett Arnold; great-granddaughter, Madison Elise Arnold Harman; sister, Jacqueline Shira and brother, Buddy Green.
