Lance Edward Kirkpatrick, a resident of Oak Drive, Abbeville, died Wednesday night, Oct. 24, 2007, in the emergency room of a Dothan hospital. He was 35. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. (C.D.T.) Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007, in the Rogers-Atkins Funeral Home in Salem, Ill. Graveside services will follow in Phillips Cemetery in Omega, Ill. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary is in charge of local funeral arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Corinth Baptist Church, c/o Mary Ryals, 64 Gordon Helms Road, Clayton, AL 36016. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary, (334) 585-5261, is in charge of arrangements.
