Mr. John Earl Lowe died Sunday, October 14, 2007 at his residence. He was 64.
Funeral services for Mr. Lowe will be held at 3 P.M. Thursday, October 18, 2007 at Mt. Enon Baptist Church with Reverends Terry Drinkwater and Wyatt Shriver officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Wiregrass Hospice, P.O. Drawer 2127. Dothan, Alabama 36302.
Mr. Lowe was born May 21, 1943 in Arcadia, Florida, the son of the late J.B. Lowe and Margaret Louise Miller Boroughs. He loved to build, very unselfish and very caring. He worked for Houston County Road and Bridge Department.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary T. Lowe.
Survivors include: daughters, Prissy Lowe of Sebastian, Florida; Tonya Steinhoff, Sebastian, Florida; son, David Thorne, Ashford; one grandchild, Hannah Thorne, one great-grandson, brother and sister-in-law, Billy Earl and Linda Sewell.
