Philip David Souve, a resident of Dothan, died Thursday Oct. 11, 2007, at his residence. He was 71.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
Mr. Souve was born Sept. 23, 1936, in Portland, Maine. He later joined the United States Army and retired as an E-9. Mr. Souve was a decorated veteran having served in Korea and two terms in Vietnam. He held many medals including a Purple Heart, Bronze Star and the Air Medal. Mr. Souve was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his son and daughter in law, David E. and Cheryln Souve, Dothan, brother, James Souve, Crestview, FL and a sister.
Southern Heritage Funeral Home and Crematory, (334) 702-1712, is in charge of arrangements.
