Mr. Michael R. Bess of Atlanta and Campbellton, Fla., passed away Thursday, July 19, 2007, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. Funeral services will be Saturday in Beulah Missionary Baptist Church in Albany, Ga., at 2 p.m. EST. The Revs. James H. Reynolds and Earnestine Howard will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery in Jacob City, Fla. A wake will be today from 5 to 7 p.m. at McKinnie Funeral Home Chapel. McKinnie Funeral Home, (866) 807-8898, is in charge of arrangements.
