James McArthur Baker of Fort Gaines, Ga., died Sunday morning, July 22, 2007, in the Columbus Regional Medical Center of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident which occurred July 12 near Fort Gaines. He was 64.
Funeral services will be Wednesday in Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, near Fort Gaines at 11 a.m. (E.D.T.) with the Rev. Ralph Estes officiating. Graveside services with military rites will follow in the New Park Cemetery in Fort Gaines. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. (E.D.T.) today in the sanctuary of the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, P.O. Box 722, Ft. Gaines, Ga. 39851.
