JOLIE BERN WINS "TEACHER OF THE YEAR"

A great honor has been bestowed upon a teacher from Selma Street Elementary School. Jolie Bern has won the prestigious Walmart Teacher of the Year Award. Ms. Bern had been a teacher at the school for two years when she was nominated by one of her students. She was described in the nomination letter as being a great teacher that was able to give her students a higher sense of self-esteem. Walmart presented the teacher with a one thousand dollar check to be used for her classroom studies. As Walmart Teacher of the Year, Jolie Bern looks forward to continuing her rewarding job of being a teacher to her students and a school educator.
