ARREST MADE IN SHOOTING INCIDENT

Dothan police have made an arrest in connection with a weekend shooting. 44-year old Randy Earl Duncan of Dothan is accused of shooting 47-year old James Frazier after a very brief encounter. The incident happened on Saturday in the 400 block of E. Newton Street. The victim was shot once in the leg, and was treated at a local hospital. He claims the shooting was unprovoked. Duncan is being held in Houston County Jail in exchange for $10,000 bond. Possible additional charges are being reviewed by the U. S. Attorney in Montgomery.
