JUSTICE FOR KIM

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
A Dothan couple wakes up every morning to find they`re trapped in the same living nightmare. Five years ago when Larry & Kathy Clements lived in Panama City Beach, Florida, their daughter Kim was brutally murdered. Deputies haven`t made an arrest because they say the evidence is just "too circumstantial." But News 18 has learned that law enforcement may have made some crucial errors in the beginning of the investigation, and the parents are left wondering if there will ever be "justice for Kim". They believe the Florida State Attorney`s office is afraid to try the case because of the mistakes that were made in the beginning. Be sure and watch tonight for the second part of this report. We will also take a look at why many families are going through the very same situation.
