After months of debate and delay, the Dothan City School Board finally addressed the hot topic of Dr. Leon Hobb`s evaluation.
The meeting was marked by heated exchanges between various members. The main concern surrounding Hobb`s six year contract is it`s length, and the way in which performance evaluations are done.
The Chairman of the Board, Jim Hemry, made it clear that the evaluation performed by the state was questionable and therefore, null and void. But board members could not agree on the legality of the decision, the contract, or the evaluation.
WDHN will continue to follow the story and keep you posted as more information comes forward.
