James Dalton Holmes escaped from the Henry County Jail Friday morning, but is now back behind bars. The search for Holmes continued all weekend long, until he was found around 7:30am Monday morning. After authorities received a call from a local resident, a deputy nabbed Holmes in the Girard area in Abbeville. He was arrested without incident. Henry County authorities say it`s because of the public`s help that Holmes is back in jail, where he remains on a one-hundred thousand dollar bond.
