Updated: January 7, 2009
Two men were jailed after what police describe as a major meth lab bust in Headland. Jason Kevin Etheridge, 27, of Headland and Ashely Scearce, 22, of Dothan were arrested after deputies executed a search warrant at a mobile home on Highway 134 in the Hebron community. A stash of weapons was also seized in the raid according to Henry County Sheriff Lawton Ed Armstong. Dothan Police aided in the investigation that authorities hope will put at least a small dent in the growing meth lab problem in the area.
