Alabama's top high school culinary arts students will be competing in Birmingham this weekend in a cook off.  Dothan Technology Center's Culinary Arts program is one of 16 teams selected.

The competition is like the Iron Chef competition, but on a high school level. Each team will be judged on planning, organizing their work area, obtaining needed supplies, and overall food production.

The winning team will advance to the national competition in Tennessee.
