Gladys Barnes Dickerson

Mrs. Gladys Barnes Dickerson of Ashford passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013, at the Washington County Rehab in Chipley, FL. She was 88.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverends Jim Corley and Bobby Conrad officiating. Burial will follow in Frith Hill Community Church Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2 P.M. Tuesday, February 26, 2013, one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.
Mrs. Dickerson was a member of the Frith Hill Community Church and was a loving mother, grandmother, and a great Christian lady.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Coley Dickerson, parents, William Barnes and Demaris Folsom Barnes, one brother, and three sisters.
Survivors include son, Billy Gene Dickerson and his wife, Patricia of Ashford; grandson, Randy Dickerson and his wife, Patricia, two great-grandchildren, Pearl and Forrest Dickerson, several nieces, nephews, two sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Hinson, Bernice Quattlebaum, and two brothers-in-law, Elbert Dickerson, and Alfred Dickerson and his wife, Carrie Mae.
