Video Extra: Pregnant Woman Rescued From Stranded Vehicle

A stalled car on Highway 52 East near Webb was pulled to safety earlier this morning.

Inside the car was a pregnant mother and her children. The mother was reportedly having some contractions so emergency crews stepped up their efforts.

The car was eventually pulled from the flooded roadway and the mother and her children were able to finally get out of the vehicle.

Flooding has led to many road closures throughout the area. The flooding led to many schools dismissing early for the day.
