Dothan PD Responds To Theft In Progress At Sams Club

On January 29, 2013 the Dothan Police Department responded to a theft in progress at Sam's Club located at 3440 Ross Clark Circle. Upon arrival, police learned loss prevention employees had detained Jennifer Davis after she attempted to exit the store with multiple items concealed in her purse. Loss prevention employees further presented investigators with evidence of multiple theft committed between November 30, 2012 and January 29, 2013 by the same suspect. Davis was arrested for theft bringing the open cases to a close.

 

     Jennifer Davis, white female, 35 years of age, of Kinsey, Alabama was arrested and charged with First Degree Theft of Property with a $30,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
