Bess Till

Mrs. Bess Till of Enterprise, AL passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2013 in Flowers Hospital.  She was 93.

            Funeral services will be at 2 pm Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Greenhill Presbyterian Church with Dr. Dan McMillan officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home of Enterprise directing.  Friends will be received at the church Saturday from 1 until 2 pm.

            Mrs. Till was born May 29, 1919 in The Grove, Texas to the late Robert and Mary Hamilton Palmer.  She was a faithful member of Greenhill Presbyterian Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Till and a son, Jack Paul Botkin.

            Survivors include a stepson, Fred Till, Jr. (Lorraine), Marysville, CA; daughter-in-law, Ruth Botkin, Ft. Myers, FL; "adopted son", Steve Nagy (Michele), Enterprise; special friend, Rose Truchon, Bellwood, AL; 4 grandchildren: Josh, Kylie, Jeremy and Ryan.
