Two Dothan Men Arrested For Attempting To Use Counterfeit Money

On January 12, 2013 the Dothan Police Department responded to a report of two suspects attempting to pass counterfeit bills at a local convenience store. Upon arrival, police detained the suspects and seized the counterfeit bills. Investigators arrived and charged both suspects with criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Antonio Garcia-Rameirez, Hispanic male, 58 years of age, of West Powell Street was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument with a $15,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Carlos Arreola Gonzales, Hispanic male, 30 years of age, of West Powell Street was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument with a $15,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
