Carolyn Louise Moore a resident of Dothan passed away Monday December 31, 2012 at Extendicare Health and Rehab. She was 61.
Funeral services will be 10 am Saturday January 12, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 9 to 10 prior to the service.
Ms. Carolyn Louise Moore, was born February 22, 1951 in Tampa, Florida to the late Mr. John Preston Moore and the late Robbie Lee (Roy) Moore. She was one of seven children. She accepted Christ in her life at an early age, and attended the public schools of Florida. She later settled here in Alabama in 1970 at a young age. She was employed at West Point Pepperell for 16 years. She departed this life on December 31, 2012 at 6:23 pm. She was a loving sister. Although she's gone she will live in our hearts forever.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a loving and devoted brother Nathaniel (Sandra) Moore, Randolf (Geneva) Carter, Lee (Louise) Moore, John Preston Jr. Moore, Cleveland Watts; the late Sylvester Stirrup; a loving sister, Sylvia Stirrup; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
