WDHN's Megan Hunter looks at part two in our three part series "Living Well in the Wiregrass" with another fitness craze that is gaining ground in the Wiregrass.

It's called piloxing--and it's no joke.

The one hour class combines Boxing and Pilates, making a workout that torches 600-800 calories.
