It's that time of year when we all take a closer look at our lives and our waist lines.

There are plenty of gyms cashing in on new year's resolutions and WDHN's Megan Hunter got a look at one of the hottest fitness trends vying for your membership--CrossFit.

It's a high intensity workout that has grown in popularity over the last few years, and there are several gyms in the Wiregrass.
