David Porter: Arrested For Second Degree Theft

On January 5, 2013 the Dothan Police Department responded to a report of a theft of a purse taken at a local business. Police arrived on scene and quickly went to work with evidence which led them to the stolen items. All stolen property was recovered and police arrested David Porter for theft bringing the case to a close.

David Porter, black male, 35 years of age, of Parrish Lane was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft with a $2,500 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
