Clara M. Meadows of Enterprise, AL passed away, Sunday, January 6, 2013 in Flowers Hospital. She was 82.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Rev. Hollis Bradley officiating. Burial will follow with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Ms. Meadows was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, Wilburn Thomas and Lela Mae Welch, four brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include her; sister, Lena Leger, Enterprise, AL; brother, Pete Welch (Kathy) Phenix City, AL; her niece and caregiver, Clara Burnett, Enterprise, AL; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
