Dorothy M. Summerford of Ashford, AL, passed away Friday, December 21, 2012, at SE Alabama Medical Center. She was 65.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 PM, Sunday, December 23, 2012, at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Dr. Michael Mynatt officiating.

Survivors include her husband, Jim Summerford, Ashford, AL; son, Ben Summerford (Lydia), Titus, AL; 4 daughters, Rhonda Vaughan, Weatherford, TX, Jackie Norris, Memphis, TN, Michelle Boswell (Jeremy), Enterprise, AL, Rene Hill, Ashford, AL; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
