One of two men arrested Monday in the holdup of a cash advance business is wanted for robbing a fast food restaurant in Dothan.  Ladarius Ward, 22, is also a fugitive in connection with charges he was involved in an accident that took a man's life.

Ward was apprehended shortly after Complete Cash in Daleville was robbed.  Also charged was Ethan Moore of Dothan.  Investigators continue to search for a vehicle they believe was driven by a third person involved in the hold up.

Police Lieutenant Kenny Jackson said there's a chance Ward and Moore committed another robbery in October at the same business.  He said investigators will be combing through evidence Tuesday to determine if either was involved.

Ward has been sought by Dothan police after he was identified as one of two men who held up a Hardee's restaurant located near Southeast Alabama Medical Center. While Robert Henderson was arrested on a robbery charge, Ward has remained on the run.

Additionally, Ward is considered a fugitive from justice after bail was revoked on a leaving the scene of an accident charge.  Dothan investigators claim Ward's car pulled into the path of a motorcycle that was traveling north on Ross Clark Circle near Bondy's Ford in September, 2011. The motorcycle rider, Kevin Blake Kelly, was thrown into the roadway and likely died when a second car struck him.  Ward, according to officers, abandoned the Mitsubishi Galant he was driving and fled on foot.  He was later arrested.

Court records indicate a warrant was issued for Ward's arrest in April after he failed to show up for trial on the Leaving the Scene allegation.  The warrant was later recalled and Ward allowed to remain free.  His bond was revoked in November when Dothan police identified him as a person wanted in connection with the robbery of Hardee's that occurred in October.

Both he and Moore are being held without bond in the Dale County Jail.  It's not immediately clear when he will face charges in Houston County.
