Maurice A. Thompson, 79, of Dothan, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Flowers Hospital after a short illness.
Maurice was born in Oakland City, Indiana on July 7, 1933 and graduated in 1952 from Winslow Indiana High School. He attended Purdue University.
Maurice was preceded in death by his wife, June who died in 2004.
Survivors include two sisters, Eva Williams (Bob) of Evansville, IN and Beverly Ellerbruck (Virgil) of Evansville, IN; a brother, Al Thompson (Vera) of Augusta, GA.
Burial will be in Danville, Illinois in Sunset Cemetery.
