Amanda Rogers: Arrested For Second Degree Thef Of Property And Using False Identity To Obstruct Justice

On December 3, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a brief investigation at Wal-Mart located at 3300 South Oates Street. Upon arrival, police spoke to Wal-Mart security officers who advised a female suspect had been detained after leaving the business in possession of a large amount of merchandise for which she had not paid. The woman was arrested during which time she provided a false name and false social security number to police. Investigators were able to later positively identify and charge her as Amanda Rodgers.

Amanda Rodgers, white female, 28 years of age, of Hartford, Alabama was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property and Using False Identity to Obstruct Justice with bonds totaling $30,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
