Mary Helen Sasser of Enterprise, AL passed away Sunday, September 30, 2012. She was 67.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday, October, 3, 2012 at New Home Baptist Church with Rev. Cliff Quincey and Rev. Randall Pearson officiating and Sorrells Funeral Home of Enterprise directing.The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 1:00 pm and continuing until service time.
Mrs. Sasser was born June 15, 1945 in Coffee County, AL to the late Jesse Ray and Eula Mae Purvis McIntosh.After graduating from Enterprise High School, she entered the nursing program at Wallace Community College where she earned her LPN degree.She was a member of New Home Baptist Church.
Survivors include 1 daughter, Mary Shannon Hudson (Lanny), Enterprise; 1 son, Steven E. Sasser (Mandy), Abbeville, AL; 5 grandchildren: Miranda Shay Overton, Joshua Doyle Hudson, Matthew K. Sasser, Brittany J. Hudson, Michael S. Sasser; 1 great-grandchild, Nadia Hudson; 2 nephews.
