Mother of Auburn Fullback Jay Prosch Dies from Cancer

Jay Prosch transferred away from Illinois to Auburn this off season to be closer to his mother in Mobile. Today the Auburn fullback lost his mother.

Iris Prosch lost her battle with cancer Monday morning. She was diagnosed in 2011 with glioblastoma multiforme, a grade 4 cancer.

The Tigers' new addition was reportedly devasted by the news of his mother's passing.
