Governor Robert Bentley's road to economic recovery tour came to Daleville Friday.

The governor stopped at The Diner where he ate lunch and listened to concerns from the community.

Everyone seemed concerned about jobs and how to get more to Daleville.

Governor Bentley said in order to get more jobs we need to look at opportunities outside of Fort Rucker.

"Defense jobs are very important here but we have to diversify more than Fort Rucker because if something happens to Fort Rucker we have to make sure we have jobs available in this area that's not related to that," explained Bentley.

Bentley's Economy recovery tour also made a stop in Ozark Friday.
