Mr. Ed Mizelle Watford

Mr. Ed Mizelle Watford of Dothan passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012. He was 68.



Memorial services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Friday, June 15, 2012, at the Evergreen Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Joseph L. Johnson, Rev. Sandy Lacey, and Bethany Olson officiating.



The family will be receiving friends at the church from 1:30 to 2:30 P.M. Friday, June 15, 2012. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Food Pantry at Evergreen Presbyterian Church, 1103 N. Pontiac Ave, Dothan, AL 36303.



Mr. Watford was a member of Evergreen Presbyterian Church. He received his Masters Degree in Social Work from Florida State University, and retired as director of Houston County DHR.



He is preceded in death by his parents, Buell Watford and Frances Mizelle Watford, and a daughter, Kelly Keel.



Survivors include his wife, Suzanne Watford of Dothan; son, Jeb Watford of Dothan; step-daughter, Rachel Hodges of Dothan; sister, Carol Hand and her husband, Bobby of Lawerenceville, GA; one grandchild, Christopher Keel, and other extended family
