Enterprise, Alabama May 24th, 2012 - Visit Enterprise, a partner of the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, has added an exciting addition to their marketing mix, a mobile website for use on smartphones.

"We listened to our consumers in 2011 when we created the original www.VisitEnterprise.com website, and determined the website needed to be user-friendly for smartphones," says Christy Elmore, Tourism Director for Visit Enterprise/Enterprise Chamber of Commerce. "With the new mobile site, we are able to take www.VisitEnterprise.com to the next level, which will assist our visitors this summer season and beyond."

New features of the enhanced www.VisitEnterprise.com website include an easy-to-understand top menu, quick loading speed, and the ability to call or get directions on where to stay, dine, and play in Enterprise.  Smartphone users also have the ability to click on direct links to partner hotel sites in Enterprise, where they can book a room from the convenience of a cell phone.

The original www.VisitEnterprise.com website will still look normal to those accessing the website on a personal computer or tablet.

Visit Enterprise is the first tourism entity in the Southeast region of Alabama to create a mobile version of their website.  They are excited about other technologies in the works for the organization, which will be unveiled later this year.
