Michael Reddy Andrews

Michael Reddy Andrews, age 63, of Dothan, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012 at Community Hospital in Tallasee, Alabama after a brief illness.
A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on Cottonwood Highway in Dothan with Brother David Dick officiating. The family will receive friends at the Kingdom Hall from 12:30 - 1:00 p.m. Saturday prior to services.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials may be sent to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, "Worldwide Work", 2627 E. Cottonwood Road, Dothan, AL, 36301.
Mr. Andrews was born in Atlanta, Georgia and later moved to Alabama where he spent most of his adult life before settling in Dothan working for Houston Paper Company. He and his wife, Linda would eventually start their own business, Finish Line, in 2001 which will remain in operation.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George Ernest and Doris Ann Andrews.
Mr. Andrews is survived by his wife of 44 years, Linda Hurst Andrews of Dothan, AL; one son, Brian Andrews (Tammy) of Ashland, AL; a brother, David Andrews of Alexander City, AL; a sister, Cheryl Burch (Jeff) of Woodstock, GA; two grandchildren, Brianna and Michael Joseph Andrews of Ashland, AL; and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Andrews will be foreverremembered as a loving husband and father, who always put his family first in everything. His greatest joy in life was being a grandfather. He will be greatly missed.
