Laura Kyser Floyd, formerly of Enterprise, AL, passed away Friday, April 27,
2012, at Westside Terrace Nursing Facility in Dothan, AL. She was
106.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, April 30, 2012, at Searcy Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with Rev. Marcus Ramer and Rev. Doug MacCormack officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 3 to 5:00 PM.
Mrs. Floyd is preceded in death by her husband, G.W. Floyd and a son, James C. Floyd.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Huey Wallace and Mirtis Floyd, Dothan, AL; six grandchildren, Billy Floyd (Judy), Oregon, Peggy Chalker (Dudley), Dothan, AL, Patricia Nichols (Johnny), Enterprise, AL, Virginia Webb (David), Zion Chapel, AL, Preston Russell (Connie), Clearmont, FL, Grady Russell (Joyce), Montgomery, AL, eighteen great-grandchildren and thirty two great-great-grandchildren.
