Woman Arrested On Charges Of Stealing From Sears

On April 15, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to Sears, located at 662 West Main Street in reference to a theft. 

Police say a loss prevention employee, went to the video surveillance room and observed the suspect, Sonja Drayton, conceal over twenty items in a large bag and exit the store without paying for any of the items. 

Dothan Police detained the suspect as she exited the store and recovered the stolen property.  

     Sonja Drake Drayton, black female, 47 years of age, of Richard Road was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property with a $ 15,000 bond.
