Arkansas trooper called Petrino before report was released

Capt. Lance King. the state trooper assigned to protect Arkansas coach Bobby Petrino says he took a call from an unidentified woman to come and pick up the hurt coach and then took a call from the coach's spouse as they were pulling up to the hospital.

King also said he called Petrino shortly before he handed in the police report that has tanked the coach's reputation.

The Arkansas State Police say King didn't violate police policy or state law.
