Troy Football Pro Day Set for Friday

TROY, Ala. - Eleven former Troy Trojans will audition for the NFL scouts on Friday afternoon at the annual Troy Pro Day in Veterans Memorial Stadium.
 
Players will take the Wonderlic test at noon and then will be tested in the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, shuttle run and bench press. The physical testing will begin at 1 p.m. in the Veterans Memorial Stadium weight room.
 
The following former Trojans will participate in Pro Day - James Brown, Jonathon Massaquoi, Michael Taylor, Brandon Kent, Will Goggans, Jimmie Anderson, Jeremy Elder, Brandon Boudreaux, Brett Moncrief, LaDarrius Madden, Xavier Lamb and Jamie Hampton.
 
Brown and Massaquoi both participated in the NFL Combine two weeks ago in Indianapolis, Ind. Brown checked in at 6-foot-4 and 306 pounds. He ran a 5.3 40-yard dash and benched 24 reps of 225 pounds. Massaquoi measured 6-foot-2 and 264 pounds. He ran a 4.78 40-yard dash, benched 20 reps of 225 pounds and had a 33.5 inch vertical jump.
