Shots Fired Into Unoccupied Vehicle Leads To Arrest By Dothan PD

On March
21, 2011 the
Dothan Police Department responded to reports of shots fired on Reno
Drive. Upon arrival, police learned numerous rounds had been fired into
an unoccupied vehicle.
The case was turned over to the Violent Crimes Unit, and an arrest has been made. Investigators say Mandrell Baxter has been charged with shooting into a Nissan during a domestically motivated crime.
· Mandrell Baxter, black male, 19 years of age, of May Street was arrested and charged with Shooting into an Unoccupied Vehicle with a $15,000 bond.
