Updated: Geneva County Law Enforcement Responds To Incident

Geneva County emergency personnel are responding to a situation at this time on the Highway 167 Bridge between Hartford and Bellwood.

Information is limited at this time but reports have indicated that a man is on the bridge with a rope tied around his neck. He has not attempted to do anything at this time according to officials.

WDHN has a crew enroute and will update as information is made available.

Geneva County law enforcement have been able to talk with the individual on the bridge who is from another county and have resolved the situation at this time.
