Three Arrested, One Sought On Drug Charges In Washington County

The Washington County Drug Task Force, consisting of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and the Chipley Police Department, responded Wednesday night to a domestic disturbance call that resulted in the discovery of methamphetamines and the arrest of 3 suspects.

WCDTF investigators responded to the Caryville area following the domestic disturbance call and the subsequent investigation revealed methamphetamines, chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia.

Arrested was:

David Joseph Paonessa, 36 year old white male of Lynn Haven, FL

·      Production of Methamphetamines

·      Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Crystal Leeann Marshall, 25 year old white female of Caryville, FL

·      Production of Methamphetamines

·      Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

·      Violation of Probation

Darla Elaina Paonessa, 32 year old white female of Panama City, FL

·      Production of Methamphetamines

·      Possession of Drug Paraphernalia      

In addition, a warrant has been issued for the arrest of another suspect who is still at large.

Shannon Lee Marshall, 28 year old white male of Caryville, FL

·      Possession of Methamphetamines

·      Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
