Governor Says Prepare For Budget Cuts

Governor Robert Bentley delivered some onimous news Friday about state budgets.

In Troy to help dedicate a new technology center, Bentley said he aniticipates a 15 percent cut in 2011 in the state's general fund budget, which covers everything but schools. He said 2012 looked "catastrophic" for state budgets.

The governor will decide at the end of the month whether to declare proration for the schools.
