Man Charged With Selling Guns To Felons In Holmes County

On 1/21/11 Investigators with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office and Special Agents from Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms arrested Jesus Hernandez 27 YOA on federal charges stemming from an ongoing undercover investigation.

Hernandez was under investigation for selling firearms to convicted felons and distributing illegal drugs.

The charges stem from incidents within the past few months where Hernandez met with undercover agents and sold firearms to known convicted felons and also traded firearms for marijuana.
