Lieutenant Governor-Elect Kay Ivey released the names of individuals who will be serving in her office effective Monday, January 1, 2011 upon her swearing in.

Earlier in the week, Ms. Ivey picked political veteran Steve Pelham to serve as her chief of staff. On behalf of Ms. Ivey, Mr. Pelham announced the remainder of staffing positions in the Lieutenant Governor's office.

Barbara Kelly will serve as Ms. Ivey's executive assistant; Charles Carver has been chosen as Director of Economic and Community Affairs; Morgan Cowling will be Coordinator of Constituent and Political Appointments; Jonathan Munday will serve as Legislative and Policy Analyst; and Public Information Coordinator will be Allison Scott.

"The transition committee assembled a team of able and committed individuals who are dedicated to public service and are prepared to hit the ground running as soon as the oath of office is administered. We look forward to working with all the members of the Senate as well as serving the people who vested their confidence in Kay Ivey," Mr. Pelham said.
