Miss Doris Jean Harrison

Miss Doris Jean Harrison of Samson passed away Wednesday June 30, 2010. She was 64. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010 in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Samson with the Rev. Scotty Troublefield officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Samson directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, July 2, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Miss Harrison was born November 25, 1945 in Coffee County to the late Hollon and Pearley Jennings Harrison. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Nolin. Survivors include one brother, Charles Harrison, Samson; nieces, Victoria Nolin and Felicia Martinez; nephews, Ricky Nolin and Richard Nolin; one great niece, Stephanie Travous.
