Sentencing Set for Former Attorney Convicted Of Child Porn Charges

Sentencing for a former Dothan attorney convicted of 11 felony child pornography charges has been set.

Randy Brackin will be sentenced at the end of the month. He was convicted in April of possession of 11 images of child porn. The 62-year old has been free on bond since his conviction. Brackin faces up to 110 years in prison on those charges.

Brackin is facing 9 additional charges.... however, a trail date for the latest charges has not been set.
