A Fort Rucker soldier arrested for child pornography has drawn additional charges in Coffee County.
Sergeant Dustin Hogan was originally charged with 34 counts of child pornography involving two young girls. Following testimony from sheriff's deputies he's now in even more trouble.
Law officers say they intercepted a letter from Hogan to his mother--telling her to burn his house down. That report resulted in a charge of conspiracy to commit arson. Deputies say they also found a pair of Army-issue night vision goggles in his home--and he's also charged with receiving stolen property.
Hogan remains in the Coffee County Jail in lieu of $5.4 million bond. He's been bound over to the grand jury for possible indictment.
